I am a passionate translator who has more than 6 years of experience in translating into Slovak and Czech. Over the years, I have worked with many agencies and clients, thanks to which I have developed the ability to translate any document with any topic. I have lived in Norway, Austria and Slovakia for several years, worked on freelance basis as a teacher or translator. In my current work as public policy manager I often do translations related to law, politics and various sectors of economy, paying close attention to the detail and meaning.

Apart from IT and technical translations I enjoy translating marketing materials, articles and literature, especially short stories. In my free-time I teach Pilates, go hiking in beautiful Slovak mountains, do some baking at home, or read biography books.

I started volunteering as a freelance interpreter back in 2013, and finally got some work experience 2 years later. I've been doing freelance and privately contracted work for about two and a half years now. I have an advanced level fluency in Slovak, though I speak Czech and Russian very well also. The languages I've worked with most are Slovak and Czech, but because I'm in Moscow, I'm doing a lot of Russian right now. I prefer translating from other languages into English, but I'm willing to work either way.
