Alison Toon

Alison Toon is a Principal Analyst at CSA Research and a trusted advisor to global organizations. She has over 30 years of experience in the globalization, translation and localization industry, with an emphasis on translation and localization tools, processes, architecture, change management and operations. She previously spent more than two decades as Globalization Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where she designed and led the company's enterprise translation management technology and global content processes, and has also held roles at SDL International and Smartling.
