WHO I AM: Bilingual since birth I have always had an immence interest in two things: Music and Languages. Throughout my life i had many opportunities and demands to perform translation tasks on a personal and a professional level as well as privatly teaching languages. My translation experience spanns from simple e-meil and daily communications translations to academic translations. While bieng a professional composer i have gained great skill of holding myself to the deadline and demanding the highest standard of work. I am resoursful and an exceptionally quick learner, so no job would be too tough. MY LANGUAGES: Native: English, Russian. Aquired: Swedish (fluent), German (working proficiency), Finnish (working proficiency). WHAT I DO (APART FROM TRANSLATIONS): Proofreading and editing of any written work in English (including academic works). Adaptation to UK-English (native). I am a professional translator/interpreter from Yekaterinburg, Russia. Free lance experience since 1998 (see details in my CV attached hereto). I mainly work in the field of industry, especially metallurgy, as our region has been developing since the 18th century around metal extraction and metal work. I am able to provide on site translation service as well as translation of any documents supporting your project - from technical data sheets and descriptions to contracts and reports. In 2013, I started translating articles for the Russian Academy of Sciences (the Ural Branch). Since that time, no article has been refused by foreign publishing houses and offices for a poor quality of translation.

I have finished MA studies in Philology and Translation, currently I work in translation office in Warsaw. My native languages are Ukrainian and Russian, I am also fluent in English and Polish. I live in Poland for 5 years already.

Work as Application Engineer in international company (US based). Strong knowledge of industrial pumps and other rotating equipment for O&G, chemical, power generation, mining, pulp&paper, food&beverage, water &wastewater industries.
